How We Work

From reference to retail shelf

Five stages, each with a defined output and a duration you can plan a season around.

01

Brief or reference

Send a sketch, a photo, a competitor sample or a tech pack. No drawing required.

02

Quote & proposal

We return materials, construction options, MOQ, FOB pricing and lead time within 24 hours.

03

Sampling

A physical sample is produced in about 5 days for approval, with revisions if needed.

04

Bulk production

Standard runs alongside a 4–7 day rush lane for repeat orders and seasonal top-ups.

05

QC & shipping

In-line and pre-shipment inspection, then consolidated shipping or direct delivery.

What we need from you at each stage

The fastest way to slow a development down is an incomplete brief. At the reference stage we need the product type, approximate size, target material, colour direction, quantity and the market it will sell in. Everything else we can propose.

Once a sample is approved, the order moves to production with a confirmed packing specification: how items are bagged, how they are labelled, how many go in a carton and what the carton markings must say.

Capabilities behind the process

OEM & ODM

Full private-label development from buyer artwork, or our own design library for white-label programs.

Multi-base production

Metal work at the Qingdao jewelry-making cluster, soft goods and packaging coordinated from Tianjin.

Consolidated sourcing

Mixed-category containers so buyers can top up accessories, stationery and gift items in one shipment.

Compliance support

Material declarations, packaging artwork and retail compliance documents prepared with your buyer manual.

Frequently asked questions

Can you develop a product from just a picture?

Yes. Most of our programs start from a reference photo, a screenshot or a competitor sample. Our design team converts it into a production drawing, then produces a physical sample in about five days.

What is your minimum order quantity?

MOQ depends on material and construction. Metal pins and badges typically start lower than mixed-material fashion accessories. We confirm an exact MOQ together with your quote.

How fast can you handle a rush order?

Repeat and seasonal top-up orders can move through a 4–7 day rush lane. New developments still need sample approval first, so allow sampling time before the rush production window.

Do you work with our own packaging and barcodes?

Yes. We print your labels, hangtags and barcode stickers, and build planogram-ready assortments for retail chain programs.
